BRENDA D. SAMUEL

NORWALK, Conn. - Brenda Denise Samuel died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Norwalk Hospital.

Born Oct. 21, 1961, in Clarendon County, she was a daughter to the late David and Robertha Harrison Samuel. She attended Clarendon County public schools and graduated from Manning High School in 1979. She attended Norwalk Community College.

Survivors include a son, Robert (Erica) Samuel of Stratford, Conn.; four daughters, Tasha (Noel) Loadholt Williams of Lawrenceville, Ga., Mercedes Loadholt of Columbia, Sharday S. (Danny) Lababy of Bridgeport, Conn., and Ayla Smith of Norwalk; four grandchildren, Tyquan Samuel, Gia Taylor, Joshua Samuel and Armani Loadholt; a fiance, Victor Mungie; four brothers, Ricky (Daphne) Samuels of Manning, George Samuel of Norwalk, Clevon (Elizabeth) Samuel of Ridgeville and Paul Epps of Manning; and five sisters, Debbie S. (Olantunbosum) Williams of Manhattan, N.Y., Gloria S. (Fred) Grant of Norwalk, Melissa S. (Larry) Grayson of Norwalk, Sonya (Levan) Daniels of Manning and Elizabeth (Leon) Pringle of Cross.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 22, 2010, at Salvation Ministries, 9 W. Boyce St., Manning. Burial was held at Muldrow Cemetery in Manning.

Professional sservices were entrusted to Dyson's Home for Funerals LLC of Summerton.
