Carl James, 89, husband of Emily Dixon James, died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, at his residence in Sumter. Born in Sumter County, he was the son of the late Raymond James and Sally Davis James.
The family will receive friends at the home on 410 W. Oakland Ave., Sumter.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Palmer Memorial Chapel Inc.
