Carly is an 11-week-old shepherd/husky mix. She's a sweet, affectionate girl who loves being held and cuddled. Carly is wonderful with other dogs, children and even cats. She enjoys running and playing and would make a perfect new family play and cuddle buddy. The Sumter SPCA is located at 1140 S.
