CAROL TEAL BERRY

Carol Teal Berry, 76, widow of John D. Berry, died on Thursday, April 4, 2019, at Sumter Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Born on Dec. 21, 1942, in Chesterfield, she was a daughter of the late William E. and Donna Mae Gainey Teal.

Surviving are three daughters, Donna Singleton (Robbie), Khrista Oxendine (Burgess) and Jennifer Hammond (John), all of Sumter; a brother, Bill Teal of Sumter; and a sister, Donna Littleton of Texas; three grandsons; and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sumter Cemetery. The Rev. Nat Brown officiated.

The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, 2 Glenwood Drive.
