CHARLES E. McKNIGHT

Charles Edward McKnight, 84, widower of Lottie Ladson McKnight and son of the late Jake McKnight and Lillian Gordan Little, was born on April 10, 1935, in Sumter. He departed this life on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019, at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia.

Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. McKnight will be placed in the church on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday at Mulberry Missionary Baptist Church, 1400 Mulberry Church Road, Sumter, SC 29153, with Pastor Leroy Blanding officiating.

Interment will follow in Mulberry Church Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at 224 Manhattan Ave., Sumter, SC 29150.
