Charlotte is a happy girl who would be perfect for a family

Charlotte is the sweetest little girl. She weighs 34 pounds and is about 1 year old. She is friendly around other dogs but would prefer to get attention and snuggles from people. She has a happy personality, making her the perfect dog for a family pet. If you can give Charlotte a new forever home, come visit her in kennel 37 at Sumter Animal Control, 1240 Winkles Road. As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
