CHRISTINE JOYCE S. DAVIS

Christine Joyce Shumaker Davis, 70, died on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018, at her home.

Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Henry Thomas Shumaker and Alice Metts Shumaker. Mrs. Davis was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Harry A. "Gus" Davis IV (Kim) and William Pat Davis (Angie), both of Sumter; six sisters; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday at Sumter Cemetery with the Rev. Tommy Atkinson and the Rev. Jimmy Holley officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home of her son, 2870 September Drive.
