CHRISTOPHER NESBITT
Christopher Nesbitt, 24, husband of Amber Potter Nesbitt, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Born Sept. 20, 1994, in Sumter, he was a son of Becky Hancock Nesbitt and the late John Nesbitt. He was employed by Cullum Mechanical.
Survivors include his wife of Sumter; mother of Sumter; three sons, Brayden Nesbitt, Chasen Nesbitt and Dawsen Nesbitt; a brother, Shane Nesbitt of Sumter; paternal grandmother, Shirley Nesbitt; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Brenda Hancock, and Patricia Lowrimore; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Harry Nesbitt.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Tommy McDonald officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home, 938 Fulton St.
Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
