CHRISTOPHER R. SPENCER

Christopher "Chris" R. Spencer, 59, husband of Rhonda G. Spencer, died on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born in Tampa, Florida, he was a son of the late George R. Spencer and Chieko S. Berry. He was employed by Schneider Electric. Chris was an avid golfer, guitarist and Miami Dolphins fan.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years; a son, Daniel C. Spencer of Sumter; and a brother-in-law, Bruce "Butch" Glick (Annie) of Cumming, Georgia.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Steve Miller officiating.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 p.m. on Friday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 950 48th Ave. North, Suite 101, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
