Library board meeting on Jan. 25
MANNING — The Harvin Clarendon County Library, 215 N. Brooks St., is having its board meeting at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 25.
The public may view the meeting via Zoom by using the meeting ID of 87051608918 and the passcode of 401936.
The meeting will include a financial update including the library’s 2019-20 audit, budget updates and a COVID-19 update.
Board members will discuss holiday closings for 2021 and an extension of its Unattended Child Policy Provision for COVID-19.

Homeless shelter meeting today
MANNING  — There will be a meeting at 1 p.m. today at the F.E. Dubose Career Center Auditorium, 3351 Sumter Highway, to discuss the possibility of establishing a homeless shelter in Clarendon County.
Anyone interested in helping establish a shelter is urged to attend the meeting.

McLeod Health Clarendon hosts Blood Drive on Feb. 8
MANNING — McLeod Health Clarendon in partnership with The Blood Connection is hosting a blood drive from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 8 at 10 E. Hospital St.
All donors will receive a $20 gift card.
Face coverings are required while donating. All donors will be screened for COVID-19 antibodies after every completed donation.
