Firefighter Nelson Gibbons, who works out of the department's Station 9, walked away with the coveted Firefighter of the Year award.
Firefighter Joshua Baker, who also works out of Station 9, earned the Rookie of the Year honor.
Lt. Jessica Weinberg, who works at Station 1, headquarters, received the department's Officer of the Year award.
Four firefighters were inducted into the department's Hall of Fame, including Capts. Ricky Barrett, Tom Coffey and James "Ed" Gamble III and Battalion Chief Robert Pegram.
Capt. Dr. Robert Ridgeway III, who also serves as the department's medical director, was awarded the department's 40-year service award.
Capt. Kirk Hall was awarded the department's 25-year service award.
Firefighters Donnie Feagin, Rodney Foster and Terry "Dale" Hodge, as well as Capt. Lee Mahoney, were given their 15-year service pins.
Firefighters Robbie Andrews and Michael Way were awarded their 10-year pins while Lts. Joshua Jordan, Weinberg and Brandon Welch received their 10-year pins.
Eight members of the fire department received their five-year pins, including Firefighters Caleb Austin, Sarah Duke, Philip Hodge, Lauren Pedersen, Nick Swiney and Summer Wynne as well as Lts. Blake Johnson and Paul Shipp.
