DAVID OSBORNE

David Osborne, 64, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at Doctor's Hospital, Augusta, Georgia.

Born on Jan. 27, 1956, in Sumter County, he was a son of the late Marion and Lottie Mae Thomas Osborne. He received his education through the public schools of Sumter County. He later moved to Tabor City, North Carolina. David was united in marriage to Christina McLure and they were blessed to have three daughters, Mary McLure Osborne, Erica Osborne and Shawn Osborne. Upon relocating back to South Carolina, he was baptized at The Church In The Lord Jesus Christ of The Apostles Doctrine Inc. of Hartsville.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one sister, Lena Mae Osborne Harris; three brothers, John Osborne, Earl Benjamin Osborne (Ann) and Jackie Osborne, all of Rembert; two special nieces, Brittany Harris and Jill Harris; one uncle, John Henry Thomas of Tabor City; one aunt, Naomi Thomas of Rembert; several grandchildren; and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 6070 Dinkins Mill Road, Rembert.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mount Bethel Baptist Church, 9250 Camden Highway, Rembert, with Elder J. Elbert Williams officiating.
