Deloris "Ann" Colclough Gary, 62, widow of Moses Gary Jr., entered into eternal rest on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2019, at her home, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on July 25, 1956, in Sumter County, she was a daughter of the late Albert Colclough and Wilhelmenia Franklin. Ann attended the public schools of Sumter County and was a graduate of Sumter High School Class of 1974. She was employed at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital for 25 years and Solomon's Home, until her health failed. She was a former member of Mount Nebo Missionary Baptist Church. She was an active member of Truly Committed Missionary Baptist Church, until her death.

She leaves to cherish her memories: a daughter, Tiffany Gary of the home; a son, Moses (Vanessa) Gary III of Sumter; two brothers, John McDuffie of Hephzibah, Georgia, and Walter (Precious) Colclough of Georgia; four sisters, Dora (James) Parrott, Lucille, Laura and Mary Colclough; three aunts; three uncles; seven grandchildren; mother-in-law, Doris "Ruby" Gary of Sumter; a special friend, George Wright; a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 5 Scotkins Court, Sumter.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday at Mount Nebo Missionary Baptist Church, 10331 Plowden Mill Road, Alcolu, with the Rev. Hazel Charles, pastor, and the Rev. Al Smiling, eulogist.

The remains will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m.

The funeral procession will leave at 12:50 p.m. from the home.

Burial will be at Mount Nebo Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
