Dennis Elementary School in Bishopville to host vaccine clinic on Friday

A free COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held at Dennis Elementary School in Bishopville on Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The school, located at 321 Roland St., will offer attendees 5 and older the Pfizer vaccine. Those 12 and older can get their first, second or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccie. Adults 18 and older can get their first, second or booster dose of the Moderna vaccine or the one-shot Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine.
According to public health data, 56% of eligible Lee County residents have at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in comparison to 76% nationally.
