The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office seeks help to identify three subjects who are suspected of breaking into a business in the 1100 block of Pocalla Road at about midnight on Tuesday.

The subjects wore masks and were recorded entering and fleeing the building as the business owner arrived after being notified the alarm system was activated, said Adrienne Sarvis, public information officer for the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.

There was about $750 in damage caused to the building when a brick was thrown through the front glass door, and about $3,000 in stereo equipment was taken from the store, said Sarvis.

Anyone who recognizes anything about the three subjects, such as clothing and mannerisms, or has any information about this incident is asked to call (803) 436-2007 or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
