DONATIONS TO SUMTER CARES MASKS PROJECT

Goes entirely to funding masks for Sumter School District students and employees.

Donations last week as of Tuesday, Oct. 20: Dennis Kern, in honor of Lydia Parnell, who designed the Sumter Cares logo, and to her mother and father (Sarah and Archie Parnell) for starting the Sumter Cares Mask initiative, $250.

When making a donation in someone's honor, the names will be printed as given.

Checks should be made out to The Sumter Item. Include "Masks Project" or "Sumter Cares Mask Project" in the check's for line.
