CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Ella Harrison Evans, 74, wife of Elbert Evans, died on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019, at Carolinas Continued Care, Charlotte.
She was born April 15, 1945, in New Zion, a daughter of the late Ellison Smith and Sarah Harrison Kennedy.
The family is receiving friends at the home of her husband, Elbert Evans, 72 Sierra Ave., Kingstree.
