ELLIE RAE MCINTOSH

Ellie Rae McIntosh, 60, widow of William Humphries, died on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born on Dec. 7, 1958, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Thelma Hamilton McIntosh. She was a member of Sumter Baptist Temple.

Survivors include two children, Jonathan "J.R." McIntosh and Daisy McIntosh, both of Sumter; seven grandchildren, Autumn McIntosh, Lora McIntosh, Jonathan McIntosh Jr., Dominick McIntosh, Lane Taylor (Candace Smith), Lacey Taylor and Hailey McIntosh; two great-grandchildren, Lily Taylor and Camellia Taylor; two sisters, Carolyn McCormick of Columbia and Virginia McIntosh of Sumter; and three Chihuahuas that she dearly loved.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery with the Rev. Mike Westmoreland officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service.

Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
