ELSIE N. PRINGELS

Elsie N. Pringels, 88, widow of Thomas T. "Potts" Pringels, died on Thursday, April 15, 2021, at Prisma Health Richland Hospital.

Born on March 13, 1933, in Lee County, she was a daughter of the late Beatrice Nesbitt Player. She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church and was employed by the Rainbow Restaurant for many years.

Survivors include a sister, Margaret Nesbitt Jarrell of Charleston; a nephew, Steve Jarrell; nieces, Margaret Helen "Peggy" Pringels and Susan Horton; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gus and Ruby Pringels; and a number of cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. John McLeod officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home.
