ERMA MCCRAY ALSTON

Erma McCray Alston, 74, wife of James H. Alston Sr., was born on Jan. 16, 1947, in Sumter, a daughter of the late Henry and Louise Brown McCray. She departed this life on Monday, Sept. 27, 2021, at her residence.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday at Walker Cemetery, 18 Charles Lane, Sumter, SC 29150 with Pastor Denzel J. Hampton officiating.

The family will receive friends at the home, 418 Seminole Road, Sumter, SC 29150.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
