Eugene Rhodes, 80, husband of Annie Bell Clark Rhodes and son of the late Edward Rhodes and Rosa Lee Douglas, was born on May 8, 1940, in Sumter. He departed this life on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, at Prisma Health Tuomey in Sumter.
