EVERETT ALBERT TAYLOR III

MYRTLE BEACH - Everett Albert "Eddie" Taylor III, 75, husband of Nancy Schneider Taylor, died on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Grand Strand Medical Center in Myrtle Beach.

Born on Aug. 3, 1947, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Everett Albert Taylor Jr. and Eileen Mary Toney Taylor. He retired as a high school and middle school teacher after 38 years of service. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years; a son, Everett Wesley Taylor; a daughter, Margaret Taylor Palmgren (Carl); a grandson, Jacob Edward Palmgren; and cousins, Shirley Leach Butler (Walter) and Ceceilia Steele.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Maureen Cooper.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday in the Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery.
