Everlene Wheeler died on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
Born in Lee County, she was a daughter of the late Edgar and Mary Jane Brunson Wheeler.
Due to the pandemic, and in accordance with the CDC guidelines, the family will not receive friends at her home.
Funeral arrangements are in progress and will be announced by Palmer Memorial Chapel Inc.
