Fannie B. Thomas departed this life on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at her residence.
She was born in Wedgefield, a daughter of the late Hamilton "Doc" Blackwell and Minnie Jones Blackwell.
The family will be receiving friends at the home of her nephew, 1924 Georgianna Drive, Sumter, SC 29150.
