FAYE L. SMITH LAWSON

SUMMERTON - Faye L. Smith Lawson, 86, widow of Henry Lawson, died on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at her residence in Summerton.

She was born on Thursday, Feb. 15, 1934, to the late Charlie M. Ragin and Rose Smith in Summerton.

She leaves to cherish her memories her daughters, Kathleen L. Gibson and Cassandra Lawson, both of Summerton, and Debra L. (Keith) Peterson of Stockbridge, Georgia; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at noon on Tuesday in the Historic Liberty Hill AME Church Cemetery, Summerton, with Pastor Archie S. Temoney Sr. officiating.

Viewing will be held Monday at King-Fields Mortuary from 2 to 7 p.m.
