MANNING - Frances Ann Scott Bennett, 70, widow of Arthur Bennett, died Friday, May 21, 2021, at Carolina Medical Center, Charlotte. She was born Sept. 25, 1950, in Sumter, a daughter of Inez Wilson Scott Taylor and the late Frank Scott Jr.
The family is receiving friends at her residence, 1161 Woodard Road, Manning, from 3 to 8 p.m.
