Frances Bradley Williams, 82, widow of Ben Williams, departed this life on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019, at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
She was born on March 17, 1937, in Sumter, a daughter of the late Charlie Sr. and Irene Miller Bradley.
The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, 1784 French Williams Road, Sumter, SC 29153.
