FRANCES IRENE DILLON

Frances Irene Dillon, 81, widow of Thomas L. Dillon, died on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at Williamsburg Regional Hospital in Kingstree.

Born on June 3, 1939, in Stafford County, Virginia, she was a daughter of the late John William "Sam" Howdershelt and the late Rena Gladys Huffman Howdershelt. She was a member of VFW Post 3034 and Midland Retired Military Association.

Survivors include a granddaughter, Kelly Dillon Unger and her husband, Ricky Unger; her daughter-in-law, Terry Dillon; two sisters, Lois Gilmer and Brenda Johnson; several nieces and nephews; special friends, Dee Harold and Phil Thompson; and her constant companion, Buddy.

She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Lee Dillon.

No formal services are planned at this time.
