FLORENCE - Evangelist Frances Sisnett, wife of Shirley R. Sisnett, departed this life on Monday, April 1, 2019 at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. She was born on Aug. 13, 1944, in Petersburg, Virginia, to the late Clarice Wooden Wilson and the late Charlie Coleman. Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced at a later time by Whites Mortuary LLC.
