Frank is an adorable, sweet boy

Frank is adorable. This cutie is waiting for a new forever family. He is approximately a year old and weighs 40 pounds. Frank is a little shy when he meets someone new but quickly becomes best friends. He is gentle and loving to the volunteers and is learning to walk on a leash. This sweet boy will make a perfect family pet. Frank gets along well with other dogs and would love doggie siblings too. He is in kennel 18 at Sumter Animal Control, 1240 Winkles Road. As with all of our adoptable dogs, we do require a spay or neuter agreement, and it is strictly enforced. Proof of spay/neuter after adoption will be required.
