FREDDIE L. WRIGHT

Freddie Lee Wright, 75, widower of Deloris Bracey Wright, died Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter. Born Feb. 3, 1944, in Sumter County, he was the son of the late George Wright Sr. and Catherine Amos Wright. He worked at Korn Industries and Georgia Pacific and as a car salesman for 30-plus years.

Survivors include: one daughter, Kathy Michelle Wright; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Wright; three brothers, LeRoy (Wilma) Wright and Willie Jean Wright of Sumter and Timothy Wright of Orlando, Florida; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the home, 730 Boulevard Road, Sumter.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. from John Wesley Williams Sr. Memorial Chapel, Williams Funeral Home Inc., 821 N. Main St., Sumter, with the Rev. Harry Clark officiating, eulogist.

The procession will leave at 9:30 a.m. from the home.

Burial will be in Bradford Cemetery.
