Frerichs reappointed to term on USC Board of Visitors

Brian Frerichs of Sumter has been reappointed to serve another three-year term on the University of South Carolina Board of Visitors according to a news release from USC. The Board of Visitors assists the Board of Trustees and President Bob Caslen on issues related to the promotion of the university, including encouraging alumni participation and inviting broad public support for USC's mission.

Frerichs is a branch manager and senior vice president at Stephens Inc., within its Private Client Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Texas, and he is a graduate of the Stephens University wealth-management program at Wake Forest University.

"I am honored and excited to serve another term as a member of the Board of Visitors. I look forward to continuing to help spread the word about University of South Carolina's impact both in Sumter and throughout the state," said Frerichs in the release.

Frerichs and his wife, Catharine, live in Sumter with their two sons, Wilson and Jennings.
