East Clarendon's varsity girls basketball team improved to 6-0 with victories over Lake City and Lake Marion this weekend. The Lady Wolverines defeated Lake Marion 56-49 on Saturday after defeating Lake City 53-44 for the second time this season.

Senior forward Rhamey Floyd led the way for EC on Saturday, scoring 20 points and adding 19 rebounds. Sophomore guard Talaysia Cooper returned from injury to score 19 points along with 23 rebounds.

Senior forward Valencia Garris had a double-double of 18 points and 22 rebounds to lead East Clarendon to their victory over Lake City on Friday at the LCHS gymnasium.
Floyd added 11 points, eight rebounds and four blocked shots.
