GLORIA ANN SINGLETON CRAMER

Posted

WARNER ROBINS, Ga. - Gloria Ann Singleton Cramer, 63, of Warner Robins, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021, with her husband at her side.

Gloria was born on July 1, 1957, in Sumter, to the late John and Mary Singleton and graduated from Sumter High School in 1975. As a young girl, Gloria cherished the time spent with her mother and father. Often, she would reflect on the afternoons her father would spend fishing with her and her brother in South Carolina. She always valued the water's visual display and enjoyed being outdoors in the company of loved ones.

After high school, Gloria worked at Clarks Department Store and K-Mart in Sumter. During this time, she met her partner in life, Jeff Cramer. The two married in the summer of 1977 and began their journey together, which would account for 43 years of love and dedication. The couple moved to Georgia in 1982, and Gloria worked at K-Mart in both Warner Robins and Perry and Lowe's Co. in Warner Robins and Kathleen, during which time she gave birth to their two sons. She later retired from Lowe's after more than 20 years of dedicated service.

Gloria lived her life in a selfless manner. Her daily devotion was to serve the needs of others around her. Her sole concern was ensuring only the best for her family and friends, often putting others wishes before hers. She made the most of special occasions, birthdays and holidays. She was always quick to lend a helping hand, provide moral support or offer a sympathetic ear for someone in need. Most importantly, she imparted her unconditional love on those around her and adored her grandchildren.

Gloria loved relaxing at her property on Lake Sinclair, traveling, camping and investing genuine time with family and friends whom she treasured.

A memorial gathering will be held with the family from 1 until 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, at McCullough Funeral Home. A memorial service will immediately follow in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. For friends unable to attend at this time, the service will be streamed live via the McCullough Funeral Home Facebook page at www.facebook.com/mcculloughfuneralhome/live/.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made in Gloria's memory to the Salvation Army, 96 Thomas Blvd., Warner Robins, GA 31093.
