Gospel artist to perform at Morris College

Morris College is kicking off spring with a special guest, and the community is invited. Gospel recording artist Denise Tichenor-Davis will perform alongside Morris College Gospel Choir in the Morris College Spring Gospel Concert at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 28, in the Neal-Jones Auditorium on campus. Tichenor-Davis is an award-winning artist from Indianapolis, Indiana, best known as the lead singer for BET'S Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel Show. She was also a member of the famed gospel group Kurt Carr & The Kurt Carr Singers and has been a featured vocalist on multiple recordings listed on Billboard Charts including "I've Seen Him Do It," "Another Day" and "Take it to the Lord." Tichenor-Davis is touring with her newest recording titled, "A Peace About It."
