Ms. Harriette G. Dinkins, 65, departed this life on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, in Charleston.
She was born Oct. 17, 1955, in Sumter, to the late Moses and Celestine Wright Dinkins Sr.
The family is receiving friends at 987 Morningside Drive, Sumter, from 3 to 7 p.m. daily. Visitors are asked to follow COVID-19 protocol when visiting the home.
