MANNING - Hartswell "Sammie" Doughty, 76, died on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning.
He was born on Feb. 26, 1942, in Manning, a son of the late Sam and Annie Mae Dukes Doughty.
The family is receiving friends at the home of his niece and her husband, Joyce Ann and Thomas Briggs, 411 Holden St., Manning.
