Rusty and Vermell Green of Turbeville announce the engagement of their granddaughter, Sierra Horton of Turbeville, to Dustin Parshley of New Zion, son of Jennifer Parshley of New Zion and the late Jeremiah "Jay" Parshley.The bride-elect is the daughter of Robbie Horton of Manning and Heidi Horton of Turbeville. She is also the granddaughter of Wilson and Cheri Horton of Florence and Keith and Sara Hasleden of Lake City.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Jean Parshley of New Hampshire and Raymond Lynch and the late Janice Lynch of Turbeville.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 3, 2020, at a family pond in Turbeville.
