Hydrant flow tests set on Smalls, Alice drives

The City of Sumter will perform fire hydrant flow tests on Smalls Drive and Alice Drive between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16. Water customers in the surrounding area may experience temporary discolored water.
