JACQUELINE F. ARDIS

Jacqueline "Jackie" F. Ardis, 82, widow of Zane G. Ardis, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020, at her home.

Born on July 30, 1938, in Manning, she was a daughter of the late George Herbert Ford and Mary Bochette Ford.

Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Ardis Brown (Mike) of Tuscon, Arizona; three sons, David LeGrande Ardis (Julie), Michael DuRand Ardis and Jeffrey Zane Ardis (Kelly), all of Sumter; four grandchildren, Nicholas Ardis, Natalie Ardis, Sydney Ardis and Gracie Ardis; a sister, Earline Cromer (W.L.) of Sumter; a brother, Robert Ford of Camden; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Evergreen Memorial Park cemetery with the Rev. Ron Bower officiating. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to wear masks and practice social distancing.

The family will receive friends at the home following the service.
