PINEWOOD - James Edward Billie, 60, died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital, Sumter, a son of the late Edward Billie and Willie Mae Boston Billie.

Funeral services for Mr. Billie will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hayes F. Samuels Sr. Memorial Chapel, 114 N. Church St., Manning.

The family is receiving friends at his residence, 3074 Elliott Road, Pinewood.
