James "JB" Davis Sr., 87, husband of the late Varine Workman Davis, died Saturday, Oct. 19, 2019, in Sumter. Born in Sumter County, he was a son of the late Richard Davis and Mamie Echols Davis.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 9 p.m. daily at 3160 Spencer Road, Rembert, SC 29168.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by Palmer Memorial Chapel Inc.
