JAMES WILSON MAPLE JR.

James Wilson Maple Jr. departed this life on Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born on June 26, 1964, in Sumter County, he was a son of James Wilson Maple Sr. and Margaret Hardy Maple.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. today at Job's Mortuary.

Mr. Maple will be placed in the church at 10 a.m. on Saturday for viewing until the hour of service.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Wayman Chapel AME Church, 160 N. Kings Highway, Sumter, SC 29154 with the Rev. Dr. Dennis Broughton Jr., pastor, officiating. Interment will follow at Wayman Chapel Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the home, 5120 Cane Savannah Road, Wedgefield, SC 29168.

Job's Mortuary Inc., 312 S. Main St., Sumter, is in charge of arrangements.
