Janie Louise Jobe Jones, 72, widow of Malcolm Everettte "Mike" Jones, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
Born in Wilson, North Carolina, she was a daughter of the late William and Ruth Jobe Brown. Mrs. Jones was a retired registered nurse with Personal Care with 30 years of service.
Surviving are two sons, Virgil Jones and Mitchell Jones (Hannah), both of Sumter.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Coleman.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Brunson Family Cemetery on Britton Brogdon Road.
