JERRI ANN HAMILTON RUSSELL

Jerri Ann Hamilton Russell, age 72, beloved wife of the late Kenneth Lee Russell, died on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.

Born in Aurora, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late James and Virginia Hamilton. She was an animal lover and was an advocate for the well being of all animals. She was very generous and supported many charities. She will be remembered as a very loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Davis-Pitt and her husband, Coyman, of Dalzell; one grandson, Joshua Daniel Roberts of Dalzell; and six sisters, Jane, Gwen, Nina, Sheila, Christine and Jackie.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sumter SPCA, 1140 S. Guignard Drive, Sumter, SC 29150.
