JESSE BRANCH JR.

CLINTON, N.C. - Jesse "Lee" Branch Jr., 47, of 2357 N. Pevine Road, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at Sampson Regional Medical Center.

Funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with the Rev. John Hobbs officiating. Interment will be at Clinton City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home and at other times at the home.

Lee, born in 1971, was a son of the late Jessie Lee Branch Sr. and Betty Jane Bass Branch. He was a painter in the new construction industry.

Survivors include his wife of 11 years, Lori Prescott Branch; mother, Betty Branch; brothers, Larry Lee Branch (Jodie) and Ricky Branch; special nieces and nephews, Logan Dowless Batten, Mary-Cathryn Batten, Anna Gail Prescott and Zachary Landon Prescott; brother-in-law, Sammy Prescott (Ryan); and father and mother-in-law, Terry and Anne Prescott.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southeastern Cancer Care "Cures for the Colors," in care of Southeastern Medical Oncology, 211 Beaman St., Clinton, NC 28328.
