MANNING - Deacon Jessie Caldwell, 96, widower of Tinnie Bell McFadden Caldwell, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019, at Regency Hospital of Florence.
He was born March 15, 1923, in Summerton, a son of the late Eliza Caldwell Davis.
The family is receiving friends at his residence, 333 W. Huggins St., Manning.
