MANNING - Jessie Mae Billups Kelly, 75, widow of Herbert Kelly, died on Sunday, June 21, 2020, at McLeod Health Clarendon, Manning.
She was born on Jan. 21, 1945, in Manning, a daughter of the late John William Billups Sr. and Alice Sweat Billups.
Graveside services for Mrs. Kelly will be held on Friday at Mt. Zero Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 7827 Paxville Highway, Manning, with the Rev. Jeffery Jackson, pastor.
The family is not receiving visitors.
