Deacon John David Quzack, 86, died on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at Palmetto Health Richland, Columbia.
Born on Jan. 16, 1932, in Dochester, he was a son of the late Ozzie and Fannie Gadson Quzack.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Summerton Funeral Home LLC.
