John R. Kennedy, 71, husband of Amelia Wells Kennedy, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019, at his residence, 2375 Rifle Lane, Lot 21, Sumter.
He was born March 13, 1948, in Clarendon County, a son of the late William and Margaret Cooper Kennedy.
The family is receiving friends at the residence.
The services have been entrusted to Samuels Funeral Home LLC of Manning.
